Google sign-in
InvoFi requests your Google account identifier, name, profile picture, and verified email address to sign you in, identify your account, and match workspace invitations. Google handles your password. InvoFi does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.
Workspace information
Information you and workspace members enter may include company and contact details, invoices, uploaded evidence, financing decisions, payment references, notifications, and activity records. InvoFi stores this information to provide the workspace, enforce permissions, and preserve financing and billing history. Workspace members can access information according to their assigned roles and company permissions.
Service providers
Google provides authentication. Vercel hosts the application and private uploaded documents. Turso stores application records. These providers process information needed to operate their services. If the operator later enables an email delivery provider, recipient addresses and notification content will be processed by that provider to send the requested notifications.
Cookies and device storage
InvoFi uses authentication and security cookies, including a session cookie lasting up to seven days. Browser storage also keeps interface preferences. Sign out on shared devices. Hosting services may process technical request information such as IP addresses and error logs for operation and security.
Retention and requests
Workspace records remain stored to support the workspace and its audit history. Signing out or revoking Google access does not delete existing records. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about retention and applicable recordkeeping requirements, contact the operator. You can also remove InvoFi access in your Google account settings.
